lyttelton-recipe-book-cover_front-cover_lr.jpgAnybody in our New Zealand office will be aware that all of my spare time over the past four months has been taken up with the design and layout of a fundraising cookbook for Lyttelton Schools. My three boys attend one of the schools in Lyttelton.

Early on this year I approached Henrietta, Rose and Liz, designers at Timezoneone, and asked them to help me with the layout. They generously agreed to help out and willingly came into work on their days off to lend a designers hand (thanks!!).

“Harbour Kitchens” is more than a cookbook, it’s a celebration of Lyttelton, the place and its people. The book is crammed full of stunning photography, kids anecdotes and art and delicious recipes from locals. I am very pleased to announce that the book was launched in early October and has already sold out and is currently in reprint.
