So after weeks of too much turkey, wine and puddings….. the chicago office (excluding Hamish who has a metabolism of a race horse) are on a “I need to loose my pooch” diet.  The result, lots of points counting with our trusted weight watches bible.  

Just so you know how it works:

Girl = daily allowance 20 points per day

Bloke =  daily allowance 30 points per day (Rob I’m sure they’d let someone with trooousers your size have a few more).

The trick is to pick food which is high on ‘fill’ and low on calories/fat

See below for some very healthy/unhealthy choices…

1 medium sized baked potato 1 point
Watties baked beans  (210 g can) 3.5 points
Burger King, double quarter pounder with cheese 17 points
McDonalds Chickens selects – breast strips 31 points
Pizza Hut Meat lovers stuffed crust (one slice) 13 points
Low fat yoghurt 3 points
Cookie Time Chocolate Chip Cookie 7 points
Glass of wine (medium  glass) Glass of wine (medium)
Egg (hard boiled) 2 points
Sausage roll (large) 7.5 points
