skinny women better for bottom line

As much as I like would like to believe, that thin is ‘out’ and curves are ‘back’, as well as numerous companies around the world refusing to use size 0 models to promote their products, new research suggests that thin models still make viewers like their brands more, despite the fact that it makes them like themselves less.
These findings create something of a quandary for marketers and advertisers, who might want to have a positive effect on young women’s self-esteem by showing more typical women in ads, but suffer in the marketplace as a result.
