Mysterious ZonerNZ 2008 Export Awards Creative TeamNZ 2008 Export Awards Nigel and Tatts

Wednesday night the New Zealand office put on their best threads to attend the 2008 Canterbury Export Awards,  where for the fourth year in a row TimeZoneOne sponsored  the award for ‘Creativity in Exporting’.

The award this year was won by Jade Software for their uniquely creative approach to developing law enforcement software for the Australian Federal Police. The software has been designed so it can be sold into other markets around the world, with the USA identified as a large potential market for Jade.

Nigel Foley our esteemed General Manager was once again called upon to find an interesting way to introduce the award.  In multi-media style he chose a video spoof, where he pretended to interview Richard Tattershaw live in Chicago via video conferencing, thus demonstrating the importance of good communication (or not, as was deliberately the case in this scenario) to exporters.

Much fun was had by all.  It appears that so much fun was had by one mysterious zoner that he cleared the dance floor with his ‘Saturday Night Fever’ moves.

Wish we could have been there.
